DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - SCAMMERS.I’m really disappointed with this company. I brought in my laptop as it stopped working. They said the issue was the battery, so they had it replaced and charged me for it. When I collected the laptop, it still wasn’t working so had to return it, and this time they said the issue was the trackpad, got it replaced and they charged me for it. I collected the laptop and again, it wasn’t working. I asked for a refund and they refused unless I returned the laptop to them for “further inspection”. Why would I trust your team when you’ve already showed you’re not competent? Oh, and I never got my money back, ended up paying £250 for a laptop that doesn’t work. Thieves, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am very pleased to have found Mac to Life. My MacBook had a leakage and after taking it to another service shop in London, they told me it’s not fixable. I got in touch with Jamie who was very professional and assured me that they will do their best to try and save it. And that’s exactly what they did - they’ve been able to fix my MacBook in a reasonable amount of time and I am very happy to have found them. I highly recommend them!

Very mediocre experience. Had liquid damage with my MacBook Pro 2019. Ended up getting back a computer from Jamie that worked but (1) constantly would shut off and overheats excessively, and (2) had a very sticky keyboard. While I was repeatedly told by Jamie that the servicing was done well, there was literally still sugar stains across the computer so the repairman clearly hadn’t bothered to even wipe the computer with ethanol. Paid an additional sum to get the keyboard replaced but it still shuts off all the time. While Jamie offered to fix this free or charge, I think it’s poor service that it’s been in for service twice now and it wasn’t spotted nor repaired either time. Furthermore, since I use the laptop for work, I cannot afford to be without a laptop for 2-3 days. Any professional shop should either offer (1) a weekend service or (2) a replacement computer for the duration of the repair, particularly when it is being taken in due to the sloppiness of the first repair. All in all, while they have integrity, I think the process is very sloppy and careless. I’ve now spent >£500 and still don’t have a properly functioning laptop!

After getting a battery changed with another business (Mobile and Vape in Clapham junction - steer clear), I received a faulty battery and they damaged my laptop. If there is one place to get your computer fixed in London it's without a doubt Mac to Life. Jamie was amazing, responsive, quick, and SO incredibly thoughtful with the repair. They ran a free diagnostics check within the day and when we discovered what the issue was (that every other place I visited said I would need a completely new laptop or pay an innumerable amount of money for), they provided a beyond reasonable price quote and had it done within a few days. I have already recommended so many of my friends to them and will continue to do so! Cannot thank them or recommend them enough for the great services they provide 🙂

I spilled tea over my mac and the chargers were not working. I went to Apple Store and they told me that diagnostics will take 3 days only, and then they will decide on the procedure. MactoLife took 2 hours to fix my Mac and the price was well below Apple. The guys are also very responsive, helpful and compassionate. Definitely recommend!

Could’t recommend these people more highly. I dropped off an old MacBook that was having issues with it’s charging port a few weeks back - the expert team worked very quickly to resolve and fix this issue, and were very communicative while doing so. Unfortunately (due to a yet unknown reason) my charing port was still acting up after I had collected it, however, a staff member (Jamie) was very attentive to this problem and took time out of his day to check-in with me about it, making me feel both valued as a customer and pleased to know that the issue was treated as a priority.Would definitely return to Mac to Life in the future. I’ve since recommended them to friends, and I’d encourage you to do too.….also, any place that reminds you of ‘Soul ii Soul’ is bound to be good!

I recently took my Macbook Pro 2014 into Mac to Life, due to a sudden issue where my screen started continually flickering.The process with Jamie and the team was easy from start to finish. Their online booking is straight forward, Jamie was quick to acknowledge my enquiry and communication throughout the repair was excellent!My repair threw up a couple of issues, initial diagnosis turned out to not be what was causing the problem. Jamie and his technician were quick to carry out further tests, determine the cause, and promptly located a replacement screen. I have left a review before a couple of months ago & again I feel compelled to write another one!This time, I had a mac laptop that was seriously outdated. I haven't looked after it in years to be honest...Again, I rang Mac to Life & spoke to Jamie who again diagnosed my issues & within a day, he updated the OS, flushed out the malware & got my laptop running again! Took my 13" Macbook Pro 2017 in to be repaired. The screen was not working because I had stepped on it!Jamie was super responsive and explained everything very clearly. Contacting them was a breeze and they were able to take my Macbook in as soon as we finished our phone call. They rang me with updates about the situation which I appreciated as it allowed me to ask any questions I had.Him and the team were able to fix the issue quicker than I expected. Mac To Life responded quickly to my enquiries and soothed an extremely anxious soul (I needed my computer working for an online exam in a few days) with fast service, good humour and the highest customer care. Jamie in particular was very kind when I experienced issues and called me immediately to troubleshoot over the phone. In the end the problem with my Mac ended up being a very costly to repair issue and as such Jamie gave me his impartial advice that I was best off buying a new Mac for a fraction more of the cost rather than paying for the highly expensive repair. I appreciated his honest advice and he even went so far as recommending the best model for my needs. In the end I was only charged a nominal diagnosis fee and while Mac to Life didn’t end up fixing my Mac I walked away thoroughly impressed with the business and happy to sing their praises from the highest hills. If my new Mac gives me any issues then I know where I’ll be taking it for sure!

Having agreed a delivery method for my computers to arrange a migration procedure Apple were unable to do Mac to Life came to my rescue. Last week, my hard drive on my old iMac failed & this was just before I had a major project that I had to complete!I was seriously concerned that I would have lost the data & also how I was going to get a replacement in time.I found 'Mac to Life' via Google & spoke to Jamie who immediately diagnosed the problem & came up with a cost-effective solution. He picked up my iMac on Tuesday & I had it back by Thursday.Jamie was friendly, professional & easy to deal with. Jamie was excellent in both his knowledge and his ability to help with all of our issues with our iMac. We haven't been able to use it properly in months and now it is better than ever!They were very professional and were able to help us quickly and picked up and dropped off the Mac at times that suited our schedule with no problems when I had to move the time.I thoroughly reccomend Mac to Life for any Mac issues, I will definitely go back to them if I have any problems in the future!

Max to Life managed to save me from an Ebay purchase nightmare.I bought a Mac online and at 7 weeks it failed to come on.I specifically needed this mac for my needs but realised I been scammed by the seller.The Director Jamie communicated really well what it could be by telephone with price options.They came and picked it up informed me I had an end of life hardrive, kept me updated with the repair and soon had it working superfast.They went above and beyond to help get the mac working again for my needs and promptly dropped the machine back.No questions were too much trouble and I will be using them again for any IT needs in the future.Highly reccomend.

I called Mactolife to resolve the thorny issue of a dead Mac. The service I received was second to none. Super quick response to my query, and a home appointment in less than 24hrs. Jamie was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgable. The whole process was completed in just over an hour, with my Mac running better than when it was new. Jamie was a god-send! Quick turn-around, good communication, reasonable price! What more could you ask for. I travel to London for work quite often and on this trip I experienced serious issues with the keyboard of my Mac Book Air. Left the laptop with Jamie for 24 hours, and it came back as good as new! His office is also relatively central, so easy to reach. (He offers delivery services, too, I was told.) I had googled "mac repairs in London" and to be honest I had chosen this place for being so close to where I am, but for the great repair and reasonable price, I'd be willing to make the trek even if it were across town. I'd recommend Mac to Life to anyone experiencing issues with their Mac. One thing I didn't realise earlier though, was that Jamie operates on an appointment-only basis. So make sure to call or email him to set up an appointment before visiting in person. (If you're dropping off your Mac yourself.)

I couldn't recommend Mac To Life enough. My initial email was replied to almost immediately and Jamie kindly came over to assess the problem with my Mac within a couple of days. A thoroughly nice guy who successfully solved all my Mac problems. Do not hesitate to use them.

My MacBook Pro has been slow for quite a while and after a bit of research I have found Mac to life on google.Jamie is fantastic and very patient. From the moment I got in touch, he explained everything very well and very efficiently he could come to pick up my laptop the next working day. My office is quite far from where he is based but without a question he came to pick it up and shortly after a working day, he then gave me a diagnosis and a quote. Throughout the process he explained everything very clear what needs to be done and what it can help to speed up the laptop. His quotation is very reasonable consider it includes the pick up and delivery service and the turnaround time.At the end I didn’t go for the upgrade simply because my MacBook is too old and Jamie’s constructive advice help me to realise that I probably need to invest a new laptop.He dropped my laptop next day that I confirm that I don’t need any further upgrade and I was only charged a small amount of diagnosis and he also try to optimise the laptop so I can have a temporary period of use before I get w new one in a month time.All I can say is Jamie’s service is amazing, transparent and honest and himself is very patient, professional and down to earth and certainly has really good knowledge of Mac products. He really values his customer as you can certainly feel that when you are communicating with him.I would recommend anyone that need a upgrade or repair on the MacBook that you still want to rescue. It’s definitely worth than just running to Apple store and spend another 2k on a new laptop.Thank you again Jamie.

Excellent service from Jamie at Mac to Life who has given a new lease of life to my troublesome iMac. Once he personally collected my machine he went through the options available for repair and updating, all at very reasonable prices. Once repaired he personally delivered my iMac back to me and it's just like new. Highly recommended if you need any advice/repairs to your Apple equipment.

Exceptional service at a competitive price. I called Jamie on Monday morning with an urgent data migration request and he immediately walked me through all options available. Visiting their office that morning, he was helpful in offering lateral IT advice and also offered to purchase the working parts from my defunct macbook, which he then deducted from the overall bill. In summary, Mac to Life did exactly what I was looking for and made a potentially complicated process very simple. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Top work guys!

I have a nine year old MacBook Pro which needed a new battery this year (2018) to keep it alive. I contacted Jaime at Mac To Life knowing he could sort it for me as he provided a hard drive upgrade in 2014 for the same machine. The price couldn't be bettered for what I needed and the service was swift and flawless. He helped point out that my RAM was way behind the times too and on his advice I upgraded. The MacBook is now sailing along again. Contact and follow up queries are always dealt with professionally and personally.
