CCTV OVERHAUL | 2025

Challenge Aging CCTV and network infrastructure across 8 mixed-use buildings with only 19 cameras operational out of 50. A multi-level underground car park with scant coverage from 5 cameras.

Solution
- Designed & installed new network infrastructure for underground Car park to facilitate 22 new CCTV cameras
- Designed & installed new fibre backbone links.
- Upgraded to enterprise-grade Ruijie switching with PoE for new cameras. - Deployed 80+ Hikvision cameras & dual NVRs with over 50 Terbytes of storage. This included VLAN segmentation
- Introduced a managed services model for proactive monitoring and fast issue resolution.

Outcome
A now reliable, secure and state of the art hybrid colour surveillance and network platform with proactive support — reducing downtime and ongoing maintenance costs

SAUDI MUSIC HUB | 2024

Challenge
The Saudi Music Commission needed to deploy 200+ Macs running professional music production, DJ and creative software across the Saudi Music Hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah & Al Khobar, while stabilising unreliable Wi-Fi

Solution
- Led by Jamie Alderson with a team of engineers
- Installed & configured over 20+ music production suites (Logic Pro, Ableton, Pro Tools, Serato, Traktor, VSTs) across 200 iMac workstations along with storage strategy’s for project work
- Resolved complex Wi-Fi and network issues for low-latency performance.
- Delivered training to local teams.
- Designed a two-year proactive support package using Kandji MDM for remote monitoring, security and seamless updates.

Outcome
High-performance creative labs for students at the Saudi Music Hubs, with predictable uptime and remote support for long-term sustainability

WIFI & CLOUD MIGRATION | 2023

Challenge
THB required fast, reliable Wi-Fi and needed to migrate away from outdated on-prem servers.

Solution - Delivered a site-wide Wi-Fi redesign for fast, secure connectivity.
- Planned & executed a full company migration to Microsoft 365, Azure AD & SharePoint.
- Migrated & reconfigured all staff email accounts with minimal disruption.
- Provided staff training, staged cut-over and proactive post-migration support
