A large rural farmhouse property required complete modernisation of its technology infrastructure. The site had no existing structured data cabling and a complex footprint spanning multiple buildings, outdoor areas, and outbuildings. The client required full-property Wi-Fi coverage, EV charging hardwire connectivity, and integration with a solar battery system utilising a Starlink System — all delivered with minimal disruption to the existing structure.

Solution

• Conducted a full-site survey to design a scalable infrastructure plan covering the main residence, external zones, and outbuildings.
• Installed external-grade Cat 6 structured cabling, discreetly routed along property elevations to avoid internal disruption.
• Deployed multiple enterprise Ruijie Wi-Fi 7 access points to deliver reliable indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi coverage.
• Installed a dedicated infrastructure run to support an external EV charging installation.
• Delivered a separate structured connection to the property’s solar battery management outbuilding, integrating energy and data systems.
• Weatherproofed all external infrastructure to professional enterprise standards.
• Installed Starlink system along with a managed Ruijie router for all data traffic management

Outcome

The farmhouse now operates on a fully integrated, future-ready technology platform providing reliable whole-property connectivity, EV charging capability, and solar infrastructure integration. Challenge

• Planned & executed a full company migration to Microsoft 365, Azure AD & SharePoint.
• Installed Cat 6 structured cabling infrastructure throughout the property without opening walls or affecting finished surfaces.
• Designed a precision Wi-Fi deployment plan and installed five professionally positioned access points to eliminate dead zones.
• Integrated PoE switching discreetly within a built-in cupboard space, ensuring zero visual impact and easy maintenance access.
• Coordinated installation alongside ongoing decoration works to avoid programme disruption.
• Completed the full deployment within a single on-site day.

Outcome

The property now benefits from seamless, enterprise-grade wireless coverage throughout, delivered without any disturbance to decoration or architectural finishes. The discreet installation preserved the interior design vision while providing reliable, high-performance connectivity expected in a premium residence. The successful delivery led to multiple referrals from the interior design team.

Challenge

Aging CCTV and network infrastructure across 8 mixed-use buildings with only 19 cameras operational out of 50. A multi-level underground car park with scant coverage from 5 cameras.

• Designed & installed new network infrastructure for underground Car park to facilitate 22 new CCTV cameras
